Artificial Turf Tufting Process
Premium yarns are precisely tufted into a durable backing using advanced machinery to achieve the required stitch density and pile height. The turf is then coated, cured, and quality-tested to ensure superior strength, durability, and long-lasting performance.
Polyethylene raw material is melted and extruded into yarn.
The extruded yarn is cooled, stretched and wound onto spools.
Yarn is tufted into the backing fabric using tufting machines.
Latex/backing is applied to the tufted surface to secure the yarn.
The coated turf is dried in an oven to solidify the backing.
The turf is cut to the required height and rolled for inspection.
The turf is inspected for quality, density, height and uniformity.
The approved turf is packed in rolls and shipped to customers.
High-quality HDPE yarns are twisted or braided and precision-knotted into durable mesh using advanced net-making machines. The nets are then UV-stabilized, quality-tested, and finished to ensure superior strength, flexibility, and long-lasting outdoor performance.
High quality HDPE raw material in green color is selected.
HDPE raw material is melted and extruded into flat sheets or strands.
The extruded sheet or strands are stretched to increase strength and durability.
The stretched strands are processed through turfing machine to form sports nets.
The net is heat-set in an oven to stabilize the structure and improve strength.
The heat-set net is cooled to maintain its shape, size and performance.
The nets are trimmed, inspected for quality, knot strength, mesh size and durability.
The finished sports nets are packed in white PP bags (4ft x 4ft) and ready for safe delivery to customers.
